Eat 45 minutes to an hour before, with ice water.

Wear an outfit you enjoy that will not get caught in a roll. I don’t recommend a figure-hugging garment, as the body cannot relax as well.

Take deep breaths and listen to how you feel. You know more about your own body than you’d expect.
